Tox for the neck bands, does it actually work?

I’ve been considering getting Botox to address the noticeable vertical bands that have developed around my neck over the past few years. I’ve read mixed reviews about whether it really smooths out those stubborn lines, especially when it’s in the neck area rather than just the face. Has anyone here had experience with using Botox or similar botulinum toxins for neck bands? If so, how long did it take to see results and how long did they last?

I had a bit of Tox in my neck bands about a year ago, and honestly it helped a little but didn’t erase them completely. The muscles relaxed, but the skin still looked a bit loose so I ended up getting some light skin tightening treatments too. Maybe Tox is better combined with something else for this area?

Considering it too, curious about results.

In my experience, Botox for neck bands is a bit like leaving the house with one sock on, you get some smoothing but not a miracle. It tends to last around three to four months and for me, the effects are subtle, almost like a temporary softening rather than a complete eradication. If you’re after a more noticeable change, filler or surgical options might be necessary, but I’ve found that Botox only subtly tucks things in, which is fine for now.

I’ve used botox for neck bands, and it definitely smoothed things out around the neck area. It’s subtle, but at 56, I’m happy with any bit of help. Just remember that results can vary, and it might need a few sessions to really see the improvement.
