i had my lift done without implants last year. the surgery took a bit longer than i expected and i was pretty swollen for the first week. sleeping was the hardest part for me because i kept wanting to roll over and couldn’t. by the third week the bruising faded and i started to feel more like myself. the shape settled a lot after a couple months, and now i’m really happy with how natural it looks.
the best part for me was finally being able to wear cute sundresses without a bra. it’s such a huge confidence boost when you can finally get rid of the underwires.
