just started getting botox for my forehead this year. i’m 47 and noticing some deeper lines, thought it was time. my last appointment i got 20 units, but i’m curious if that’s on the higher end for folks in their fifties. what have others been getting?
I’ve heard it can be anywhere from 10 to 30 units depending on how deep the lines are. I’m also worried about looking too frozen. How do you find the balance between effective and natural?
I’ve done around 20-25 units for my forehead, but everyone’s different, right? I find it helps soften the lines, and I’ve been really focused on how my skin looks now that I’m older. Just remember to be patient with the results, it can take a little time to settle in.
