you absolutely have to use spf every day or the scars won’t fade. it took me forever to realize the sun was making my hyperpigmentation so much worse.
I’ve heard good things about laser treatments for acne scars but the downtime scared me with my crazy mom schedule. Still thinking if it’s worth saving up for a mommy-makeover combo later since that covers a lot at once.
I’ve found that regular facials can realy help with overall skin texture and might benefit acne-prone skin too. They’re also a nice way to relax and de-stress, which I’ve found has a positive impact on my skin.
