So I’ve been thinking about trying GLP-1 meds like semaglutide to help with some stubborn weight and just overall feeling better in my skin. My doctor didn’t really say much, but I’ve heard some places require blood work or certain tests before they’ll prescribe it. Did your doctor make you do anything first like that? I’d love to hear what I should prepare for or expect!
Oh for sure! My last doctor had me try some topical creams before we went for the good stuff. At first I thought, “Really? A fancy lotion is going to reverse my age?” 
But hey, it wasn’t all in vain. At least I got some extra moisture along with a little self-love!
